“Came recommended from a FB group. I called on a Thursday around 12pm to make an oil change appt. Said they could get me in if I could be there by 2:30. Showed up at 2:20 and was done by 2:45. The guys were all polite, gave me a quote for new tires, and after reviewing when I got home, I'm scheduling as it's a great price! I just want a good product for an honest price. Here's hoping I've found it! I've already scheduled our other car for an oil change next week.”

“Firstly, I especially dislike shops have anger issue owners, second most dislike: fraud business, third: arrogant shops refuse old car customers (Belle Tire Dearborn store); fourth: charge you very petty, like charge materials and labor step by step for a single axle replacement job.I am very alert because previous bad experiences with different bad mechanic shops.However, this shop is the one I am very comfortable with. Because:1) this shop has enough dock can service my car immediately and get it same day;2) their mechanic diagnose mechanical issue that about to break and show you the issue and tell you need to replace soon. I like to replace the rusty parts before it cause my car failed on the road especially old car bottom are usually fully rusty. I experienced expense repair when a small part broke into a big part(transmission). It costed me thousands of dollars to replace the entire transmission because of the crack. That was due to the irresponsible mechanic didn’t use their dock inspect the car but only test drive found nothing and told me come back when problem showed up again when I already notice unusual performance of my car.3) their price is reasonable for what they deserve. They do teamwork focusing on one car at once and move on to the next ones so always easy to have a free dock. I feel it is not much saving to searching for bargain parts a couple hours trip then ask a friend help in their spare time in one person and pay a cheaper price to your friend or let the shop replace your parts without warranty. How much you need to spend to thank your friend help back your friends if you don’t have much skills to exchange? And you lose much more money in stock investment in a day than how much money you saved to fix one auto issue by 2 wks long. Why not just pay a reliable shop complete your repair within 2 hours even comes with warranty? I’d rather pay money $25 more if that’s buying parts pay mechanic repair method really save me, to make the shop survive and workers get job to do with stable income happily. In the tough time, it is especially important to support good businesses.4) the owner/manager Eddie is friendly and arrange his order tasks all the time with a stable pace.5) they have electrician every Saturday too.My kindly advice: repair old rusty cars actually is harder than newer cars. Because they have to use more power tools to remove the rusty parts. The guys were very nice and down to earth, willing to help even though I showed up last minute without any appointments. Thankfully, the issue was so minor that I was in and out in 10 minutes. “I brought my wheel here to be repaired. It was dented very badly by a pothole. After doing all they could, it was determined that the wheel could not be fully corrected. I was not charged for their work. The wheel is near perfect...it holds air, balanced well, and there is no noticeable vibration. I just wanted to say thanks for being super straight with me.”

“The owner is very kind and patient. I don't know a ton about cars, but the few times I've been there he's always been a good listener when I try to explain my issues and is honest about the work that needs to be done. No unnecessary up-selling. Prices are very fair and work is quick. Recently, I mistakenly accused the owner of a repair being done incorrectly, and he politely pointed out after pulling up my receipt that he had not done that repair for me. I was very embarrassed after I realized the repair I was complaining about was done at a different shop, but he was extremely nice about it. I will absolutely be returning for any repair I need in the future (hopefully not soon?)!”

He looked at it, and instead of changing the TPMS, he said the car needs a software update (who knew that 2013 Toyota needed that). My check-in took roughly ten minutes or so and the manager was very polite and thorough, but my car then sat outside for almost 45 minutes before it was taken into the bay. I don’t understand their appointment system and saw people come in after me and leave before my car was done.Otherwise, I had a pleasant experience and would consider coming back again. I just wish I knew the secret of booking an appointment online to wait 30% less time as they advertise.”
