“This is, by far, the best pharmacy I have ever been to. They are so kind and easy to work with. You can call and speak to a person if you have questions. I have never had to wait in a long line, the scripts are ready quickly, and they even text you to let you know when it's ready! I am SO glad that this place is close to my house! Highly recommend!”
“My late husband used this pharmacy for years and his exsperience with them is the reason i stayed using them as well. It's been a few years now and I can not recommend them enough. I used to drag having to go to the pharmacy before i switched to theirs. It always seemed to be a long wait and/or some issue with my info insurance/script error/ constantly running out of stock for 2 of my medications which lead became a constant stressor of mine until I switched to We Care Pharmacy. I haven't worked about my meds being or if stock in years since i switched which has be such a relief. I always leave their pharmacy in a better mood than I as in when I arrived! Their entire team is a 10/10!! :)

“I don’t really leave reviews but I wanted to say how outstanding this pharmacy is. I used it for all my IVF meds and the process with them has been smooth. They were able to find out that I had insurance to cover the meds (I didn’t even know I had, which was a bonus). They accidentally charged me for a med and I didn’t realize it till they called me and apologized and refunded me right away. They could have been shady and just kept the money and I would have just assumed that’s the cost because that’s the nature of IVF but I appreciate their honesty and integrity. My meds were always delivered on time except I did have some issues with tracking and a med being left out too long but pharmacist, Moe, was super understanding and empathic and sent me a new one right away. The call team is good (especially this one young man in particular- don’t remember his name but super nice and knowledgeable). I would suggest for any med making sure that they provide tracking and sometimes the call team will transfer you a bunch of times to different departments and back but just keep with it till you get ahold of someone that’s knowledgeable. Same goes for the pharmacist- most of them are fantastic but I’ve had to call again to get someone I felt understood my particular case. Other than that I really like this pharmacy and felt they really went above and beyond and have no problems using them again.”

“I love shopping at Meijer cause they always seem to have what I'm looking for. I can usually find things here that their competitors don't have. They sell only fresh produce and meats. They have the best sales also. Their bottle return machines are very well maintained!”
“Lytles is one of the cutest stores in Rochester. Yes, it is a pharmacy - but it is so much more. The front half of the store has cute little gifts and knick knacks. In the back of the store they have a kids section. I have gone in there many time to pick up little items for baby showers or the holidays. They have puzzles, stuffed animals, children books, and more. They also work with people in the local community. For example, I am a children's author and they were willing to stock my book in their store. They are so supportive of their neighbors. If you have never been, I highly recommend checking out this little shop in downtown Rochester.”
“The service and expert information that I have received at Barclay Pharmacy cannot be praised enough. I have been a patron since it opened and consider the owner/pharmacist an important member of my health team. I hope I am never forced to depend on a nameless online entity to fill medications from multiple doctors. I trust that possible negative interactions are monitored.”
“Tech savvy pumps that allow you to use QR code and connected card to pay. Trash bins full despite an attendant always there. Long lines but they are better after 2 pumps got added. Sam club fuel customers are the worst as they enter the wrong lines and use the pump with the hose over there car thinking they are saving time.”

“I’m embarrassed I haven’t left a 5-star review sooner because this has been my go-to pharmacy for years. In the four years I’ve been coming here, I’ve never once had an issue with getting my prescription, and the staff has always been friendly no matter who was at the window.
What really prompted me to finally leave this review was a recent experience after I moved and had to try a different pharmacy. My first visit there was horrible—the man at the window was rude and basically told me there was nothing he could do because of an insurance issue (even though I’ve gotten the same prescription monthly from the same provider with no problem here). Not knowing what else to do, I called this location, and I believe I spoke with Fahad. He immediately helped by taking over the prescription and getting it filled for me so I wouldn’t have to go without my medication.
That above-and-beyond care reminded me why this pharmacy has always been the best, and why I should have written this review years ago. Thank you for consistently excellent service!”

“This is definitely the best store around. I just moved here and had to transfer a large amount of prescriptions from a aCVS in Clinton Twp. Unfortunately, they are all on different refill days. They have been. WONDERFUL with getting my scripts transferred and filled. Both pharmacists, Andrew and Laura are amazing. I scheduled an appointment with Andrew for my flu and shingles vaccination and when I got there, I was in and out in 5 minutes. Also the front pharmacy staff are great as well. Alex is always willing to help and if something isn't ready, he takes care of it in minutes. Paul, up front in the store, always seems to be there and ALWAYS helps you find what you need. He knows that store inside and out. Whoever does their hiring there is doing a great job. A lot of Rite Aids are closing in this area, so keep that in mind when getting your scripts filled here. Patience is a virtue and it seems that a lot of society has forgotten that recently. The pharmacy staff aren't God's and can't magically make prescriptions appear from doctors offices and if your order is on back order, remember that is because a supplier does not have the medication. Not CVS, so don't take it out on them. Kindness will get you a lot further then pettiness. Remember that the next time your order can't be filled for reasons out of the pharmacies control. I find ordering a day or two earlier on the on line app helps a lot. You will simply get a text when it's ready. Have a nice day and remember to treat thy neighbor as you treat thyself. It will take you a lot further in life.”

“I have been to this pharmacy many times.the pharmacist Sanjeev has been a wonderful help with my sick husband and myself.my scripts are ready and waiting without me calling ahead.i prefer these smaller pharmacies that know your name when you walk in.i have never waited more then ten minutes for my meds.Sanjeev even drove to alma mi to pick up meds he couldn't get right away for me,try this place once and I guarantee you will be a customer for life.why wait hrs at a big store when this one can do it much quicker.thank you ,Julie moeller”
“My mom needed a few things from here so we stopped by. They lay out is just like most Sam's. You are accosted when walking in by some person selling something. I wasn't disrespectful, but I quickly shut down his advances. We knew what we needed and nothing more! I mean, this isn't Target, lol! Anywho, it was a little busy in here but nothing too bad. We spent very little time in the self check-out lane and made our way out the store. We only encountered the lady who checked our receipt walking out. She was very funny! It's Sam's...if you've been in one you've been in them all. It's the staff that can make them or break them”
