I imagine that the negative reviews here on Yelp were not related to the current sales force--specifically Ben Hayden. Have never had a better experience with anyone at any car dealer anywhere. I travelled from Connecticut to pick up my car, and Ben was so incredibly helpful and thoughtful throughout the whole process.
Don't make a mistake and buy generic aftermarket parts for your Audi sedan, coupe, convertible, or SUV. Those parts aren't designed for your vehicle, and can do damage when they fail - which they're quite likely to. Instead, insist on authentic Audi parts when working on your vehicle, and know that you're getting the precision-built parts that are meant to work in your specific Audi model.
