I panicked a little but Barnum and Tenny got me in and not only fixed that, but did my brakes and switched out the bulbs in my headlights so I could actually see! “This Enterprise is amazing. The best Enterprise Branch yet. My car broke down on a Sunday Night. I made the reservation on their Website also on Sunday night. I went in at my chosen time and not only was I "In and Out" but the car was waiting for me. Kristyn took excellent care of me when I picked up the car....Kaila followed up with me via text message a few days later, and a gentleman (I did not his name) returned my rental and billed me out. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back.When I made the reservation I choose what I call the option where they choose the car for you and it is a less expensive price. I was expecting like a small sub compact car but was actually given a very nice Chevrolet Malibu. Overall a great experience. Thank you again.”

“I had some car problems and needed a rental to get me through the week. Honestly, I've never rented a vehicle before so I though I could just do a walk-in and everything would work out. It might have happened, if I had visited some week other than college Spring Break! This is a small lot near-ish MSU campus so call ahead to make a reservation! The employee politely explained that nothing was immediately available and offered to take my number in case something was returned ahead of schedule. He also suggested that I try the Avis/Budget location at the Lansing Airport (which worked out for me). Customer service was excellent and the place is open on the weekends but with limited hours.”

“The guy that was handling our rental was helpfull. I took a star away because when I called I was put on hold by a female for a half hour before eventually getting hung up on and when I called back straight to voice-mail because they were closed. I feel like she intentionally did that knowing they were closing soon. Overall good experience though.”
