“I was in the store yesterday Monday 6/22 and I had a question on where to find the baby clothes because it was my first time in the store and a worker named Katelyn walked me to the department and told me if I needed anything further she would be willing to help. She was very polite and helpful.”

“I just had the best experience at the Hot Topic in Meridian Mall. The two employees working tonight (was it Levi and Avery?) were absolutely amazing seriously some of the sweetest, most welcoming people I’ve ever met in retail. They went out of their way to be helpful and made me feel so comfortable the whole time I was shopping. The store itself was spotless, super organized, and easy to browse, which just made the whole visit even better. Huge shoutout to the staff tonight, they really made my day!”
