“I went 1st to their closed store in the Delta Center, not knowing it was closed. We then drove into E. Lansing to this Hobby Lobby.
I was looking for candle making supplies, and this store is very large. I asked a sales associate where I could find these items, and she told me the candle section. I then explained that this was my first time in their store. Would she elaborate more on where the candle section was? She stopped what she was doing and walked me to that area. I was grateful as I am disabled with leg and spine issues.
I didn't see much of any supplies, but there were lots of empty pegs and shelves where items hadn't been restocked. The only large package of wax was all ripped up, but I had no option, I took it anyways, and the cashier helped me tape it all up.
All in all, it is a large store. Somewhat clean, well organized, with sufficient staffing.
It's a thumbs up for my recommendation. Though the candle crafting section needed to be replenished, the other items in this section were stocked well, as were many other isles I went down, and their displays were clean and everything was clearly marked with prices and sales.”

“If you haven’t been to Bradly’s HG be sure to put it on your list the next time you are in the mood for some retail therapy. Recently 7 friends and I had a girls night out at Bradly’s. We gathered around the counter of their demonstration kitchen while Jasmine, their chef, prepared a delicious array of small plates for us to indulge in. As she cooked she also shared stories, cooking tips and interesting info about the products she was using. Jasmine is a delight and a garden of culinary info and Regina was extremely helpful with organizing the event. It was a perfect night for 8 women who like to shop, eat, and socialize.”

“I have made three online orders lately and customer service has exceeded my expectations. Order correct. Staff always friendly and helpful. Tonight was my last day for pick up and I got there only 15 minutes before close and they had cancelled my order. They apologized , I didn't expect that at all and apologized for being so last minute. They shopped my original order while I choose a few more things.
Very happy. Will continue this online convenience for items I frequently purchase for sure.”

“This is a major store. They have supplies for every craft and tons of all kinds of fabric Great sales with 40 % off coupons and useful clearance items. Staff have never been rude to me. I am at this or the other location at least twice a week. I have to set my spending limit before I go into the store or I over spend!”

“Never had an issue at any of the Pottery Barn locations we’ve gone to, but this one was head and shoulders above the rest. Called looking for an item and the individual on the phone was very helpful. When we came into pick it up, was greater at the entrance with a hello. The sales rep that helps was very courteous. After picking up the item we had purchased, we asked about another item that was showing no longer available, and they found that it 1 one was available out of a location in Maryland. Would go back again and would recommend to anyone.”
“Smaller sale section than at the Somerset UO, but still a decent selection. I pretty much only shop out of the sale section, on account of being broke, but I still get fun stylish clothing, and the sales are generally pretty good. It's been 50% off the sale price the last three times I went in, which hopefully doesn't end any time soon, haha.”
