“I went in and picked out what I wanted (I knew what I wanted, I just wanted to see it in person again), found a salesperson, they wrote up the order, scheduled a pick-up date, I paid for the furniture and was out of there in 30 minutes. I was approached by one salesperson when I first walked in and told them I was just browsing. I wasn’t bombarded by pushy salespeople like other furniture stores in the area.”

“This place had so much selection and it was so fun to look at everything! However please be careful the food items are being sold past date (like not the clearance ones) in fact one of the items on the shelf was completely molded. Still a great store but if that is something the bothers you please be careful!”
“Never had an issue at any of the Pottery Barn locations we’ve gone to, but this one was head and shoulders above the rest. Called looking for an item and the individual on the phone was very helpful. When we came into pick it up, was greater at the entrance with a hello. The sales rep that helps was very courteous. After picking up the item we had purchased, we asked about another item that was showing no longer available, and they found that it 1 one was available out of a location in Maryland. Would go back again and would recommend to anyone.”
“Smaller sale section than at the Somerset UO, but still a decent selection. I pretty much only shop out of the sale section, on account of being broke, but I still get fun stylish clothing, and the sales are generally pretty good. It's been 50% off the sale price the last three times I went in, which hopefully doesn't end any time soon, haha.”
