“My daughter and I have been to this location several times in recent months. I was very thankful on a few occasions as my daughter, who is 5, has been extremely afraid to ride the escalator. We met a staff member by the name of Rylee, who was very helpful in getting my daughter comfortable with the escalator. She has taken time out of her busy day on a few occasions, with an excellent demeanor and approach, to help get my daughter comfortable with this. We are moved by Rylee's caring and personal touch, and my daughter is now a pro at the escalator.”
