Many things went wrong which ultimately led to the vehicle not moving AT ALL.Janelle was EXTREMELY kind and got us in right away. “Joe is speedy and good. Very fairly priced. Our vehicle had been having issues stalling for quite some time. Joe found the problem immediately, fixed it, and it hasn't acted up since! Definitely him as your 'go-to' mechanic.(Other mechanics in Charlotte, who we won't name, tried to diagnose and fix the problem to no avail. They charged us every time they looked at it even though it was never repaired.)”

I heard from my dad that he's been here forever and has always been an honest mechanic, so I went in for an oil change and wasn't surprised when I paid $20 less than expected. I tried to get Mike to change my spark plugs and he said, "don't waste your money, the iridium ones dont wear out like the old kind, but if you still want them changed then I'll show you how to do it."Since then, I got my wheel bearing replaced and was quoted about $100 less than anticipated. When it was all done, Mike came in even lower by another $50!Give him a chance and you'll never go anywhere else”
