“This location is MUCH more organized and clean. Cashiers are friendly and fun. They answer any questions, see what you are buying, and offer suggestions. They eat what they sell.”

“If you ever need candy for anything such as Christmas Halloween Easter or just to go in there and grab a bunch of it for yourself this is definitely the place to go! I also have Funko Pops there for a decent price were as other places have them about $5 more. Kids love this place too.. My daughter always wants to go here.”
“TJMaxx was packed, so I wandered around this store - which is usually what I do at TJM anyway. I bought a whole bunch of stocking stuffers for Christmas - lots of fun do-dads and an amazing selection of candy! The t-shirts are fun, too. The store has a fun vibe - the staff is cheerful and says ‘Hi’ as soon as you walk in!”
“Much bigger than our Ollie's in Waterford and seems more organized. I didn't feel cramped walking through the aisles. The company may want to think about moving to the old Biglots building down the street. Just a thought.”

“Hello shoppers, where do I start? First of all, I'm disappointed to hear that Big Lots is closing a significant amount of stores, I've come to rely on them for my decorations for the holidays. I went to one of their newer stores, opened w/in 2 years ago, the service I received was great, the store was well stocked and the holiday collection was easy to locate. I hope by some miracle, the stores that aren't on the chopping block, will remain around for years to come.”

“My recent visit to Dollar General on 11 Mile Road in Southfield was fantastic! I initially came in looking for folders, but I stumbled upon some amazing grocery items as well. I was thrilled to find flavored coffee creamer that would have cost me three times as much at a traditional grocery store. The selection was great, and the prices were unbeatable! I'll definitely be returning for both my office supplies and groceries.”
“Great store with great prices! Eggs are under $3 a dozen which is a great find these days. This is my go to store for those last minute essentials like milk, eggs, bread. I don't typically do all my shopping here but when I do stop in I'm always pleasantly surprised by the prices!”
“Five below always has a great selection of nicely priced items. One of the problems I have is that they took out all of the registers and put u-scan in but now you can't scan your own items because people still in the cashier still has to come and stand there and scan your items, just a little bit weird!”

“For the last few visits I have cashed out with an employee by the name of Ann Marie. She's always kind and offer a warm greeting. She keeps a smile on her face and fully engage me throughout my tranmission. Today the store was extremely busy. Ann Marie was as if it was a normal day. I've been in management in retail for years. Employee's like these in this day and time are hard to fi d and keep.”
“They are always friendly and kind they don't over pack my bags the only thing I dont like are the poles on the carts sometimes I buy alot and need to take cart outside to my car get rid of poles I am 79 and have a bad knee”

“I've gone to this location since I was a child, I've always loved Dollar Tree ?? The store was a little messy on some aisles. I assume they were stocking up but there is only so many workers there so I'm not upset about it. Only pointing it out so customers won't fall with all the products on the floor. Other than that Dollar Tree has a lot more cool stuff now than before so it's great! ??”

“Every time I go into family dollar on ten mile near telegraph the cashier's are so nice especially the manager can't remember her name but she has the most beautiful eyes and a young lady name unity they are so nice to me you need more people like them in your stores that gives good quality service and actually care about the customer needs”

“I love everything about the store except the new girl they hired. I purposely won’t go into the store if I know she’s in there. She is rude, pushy and look inconvenienced when I walk in or she had to stop what she’s doing to cash someone out. The 2 ladies that are usually working are awesome! I know they need a break and days off, but she is the total opposite of what they need.”
“I stopped by this Dollar Tree on Opdyke Road, hoping to pick up some of their small jars of coconut oil that I love to use for various things around the house. Unfortunately, they were all out this time, so I left empty-handed—which is always a bummer! ?
The atmosphere was busy but still welcoming, and the staff was both pleasant and helpful. Even though I couldn’t find what I came for, I still appreciated the positive experience. I’d recommend this location for its solid selection of affordable everyday items. “The manager at this store is the whole reason why I go there, he actually does a good job and he's not rude. Everybody there is nice unlike the horrible location on University drive and the one on Walton boulevard.. now those two stores should be avoided at all costs and are being ran by hoodrats. I live behind the Dollar general on University and I still choose to drive all the way to this one because it's that much better and you don't have to deal with any drug dealing and these people treating it like it's their own hangout instead of a workplace”

Thanks to more attentive management, there are no longer boxes of merchandise stacked in the aisles and the shelves are clean with merchandise better organized. Only two negatives for this location: 1) Store hours reduced due to lack of employees 2) roof leaks.”
