Original Post:
My experience was neither friendly nor accommodating. I was told I had to come to the dealership to replace a simple rear wiper blade. Once there, Megan informed me (incorrectly) that the entire wiper assembly needed to be replaced, and warned that if I tried doing it myself, I would be responsible for any damage. After checking online, I found the parts were sold separately and ordered the blade to replace my torn one. Despite other dealerships selling the blade for about $35, Wally Edgar charged $50.

When I returned to pickup the blade at the dealership, Megan acted as though it was the wrong part and again insisted the whole assembly was required. She was short with me, and the technician she brought out needed my help to install to install the blade. I found a YouTube video that worked perfectly.

After the installation, Megan presented paperwork and unexpectedly added a $26 install fee which was never mentioned beforehand. She had originally told me that if I purchased the part from GM, they would ship it to the store and the dealership would install it, with no mention of extra charges.

Overall, the information I received was wrong and misleading, I was surprised by an unexpected installation charge (after having to show them how to replace the blade), and the interaction was unnecessarily rude and the pricing was way too much (49+26) for an 11 inch wiper blade.”

“I purchased a used vehicle from Bruce Gepfrey. Bruce was very personable and easy to work with. The price that was agreed upon was a fair price both for the purchase and the trade in. After the purchase there were some issues that arose and I experienced some difficulty attempting to communicate with them. Although this was upsetting it was later explained to me that they were having technical problems and the communication issues were by no means intentional on their part. In the end the problems were resolved. I was assured that they take great pride in their customer service and that they have taken steps to avoid any further issues. I believe them and they have stood behind their product and made things right. I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future. They are honest people that care about their customers.”

“I originally went to the Glass Doctor in Warren, MI to replace a 36 inch round framed mirror. Ken told me that it would take a few days to repair. I was surprised when I was called the next day that it was ready.
I was very happy with the repair.
At the time of pick up, I asked that the company could come out and give me a quote for replacing a 4 foot sliding door window and a side window due to the seals being compromised.
I liked the quote and scheduled the installation. Upon arrival, Tim and Chris were able to replace the windows in a timely manner and cleaned everything up before they left. Chris did mention not to wash the new windows that day.
I enjoy the whole experience from start to finish!!
I look forward to working with the Glass Doctor of Warren, MI again for new shower doors.”

“Full experience review: I ran over screws in the Home Depot parking lot, changed my tire and headed to Belle tire Lake Orion for a patch. From the moment I walked into the door, James was highly professional and provided excellent customer service. He explained that since I ran over a solid group of screws, the patch couldn’t be installed. I was at 90k miles on my truck with the original tires having about 10% of life left so it was time to change all 4. I received a great quote and timely install. While installing the new tires the technician (Blake) noticed my shock leaking fluid so it was time to replace the front shocks. My truck was up-fitted with Fox 2.0 coil over shocks from the Roush dealership and I wanted the same installed. Since it’s a specialty part and Belle Tire’s part supplier couldn’t fulfill the order, I was able to purchase on my own and bring them to Belle for the install. The labor was reasonable from a cost perspective, but the service from both the customer facing representative (James) and the service technician (Blake) exceeded my expectations. I was impressed by their abilities to not only deliver what I wanted by adjusting the ride height of my front end, but also the professionalism they both held to a high standard. In short, I would highly recommend Belle Tire Lake Orion for any and all of your tire or vehicle needs!”
