Many of the local repair shops gave him outrageous quotes for the repair. Then we found Auto One Glass Lake Orion! The mechanic Thomas and the office manager Ken. They fixed the sunroof and repaired the drivers door electric lock for a very fair price.We found Auto One to be professional and upfront, and they honored their estimate. I'd recommend Thomas and Ken any day of the week!”

“What’s typical is the wait time for repairing your vehicle, prepare to wait longer than the projection. I’ve seen that across the board with about every dealership and mechanic. But what’s special about this dealership is the customer care, the instant feeling that you’re part of the family with that hometown vibe, and the fact that they won’t leave you stranded. I’ve never been to a dealership where they have a porter to take you home in the area or loaner cars to keep you going while they repair your car for extended periods of time. “I purchased a used vehicle from Bruce Gepfrey. Bruce was very personable and easy to work with. The price that was agreed upon was a fair price both for the purchase and the trade in. After the purchase there were some issues that arose and I experienced some difficulty attempting to communicate with them. Although this was upsetting it was later explained to me that they were having technical problems and the communication issues were by no means intentional on their part. In the end the problems were resolved. I was assured that they take great pride in their customer service and that they have taken steps to avoid any further issues. I believe them and they have stood behind their product and made things right. I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future. They are honest people that care about their customers.”
