I found this shop after calling others in the area; to put some context to this the other shops in the area could not / would not give me a price for an oil change. That is an instant red flag for me. Called this shop and spoke with Mike, gave me a price right away. Figured that was a good sign and went in. They changed my oil in minutes and had excellent pricing. They also advised me that my Trans fluid needed to be changed....again I was skeptical until they pull out a sample of it and showed me that it was in fact black and burnt smelling. “Most dealership visits rank right up there with waiting in line at the DMV or assembling flat-pack furniture without instructions, but the crew at Skalnek Ford proved me dead wrong. I was after a very specific 2026 F-250, and instead of trying to push whatever was sitting on their lot, they tracked down the exact truck I wanted all the way in another state and brought it right to me.
Best of all, about 90% of the deal was handled over text while I stayed comfortable on my couch.
