“Our minivan was in a TERRIBLE way and in need of an engine and Gott’s came on recommendation from another local shop.
There was an additional day or two added to the time estimation in waiting on the replacement to arrive. As well another day or two for additional work/parts, which was revealed only after the replacement.
ALL of which was absolutely expected given the scope of the work, nevertheless the patience was well rewarded. They really went above and beyond.

I took my truck in recently for a warning light for the battery and they could not pin point the problem as it could be the alternator or a wiring problem in the the end they suggested I take it back to ford as it could be some sort of computer problem. I was shocked to find out they didn’t charge me for their attempt to diagnose the problem. I will be using this shop again for tires, brakes etc..”
