  Worst Bank Ever! They locked me out of my account and took my money. Don't trust them.

  Horrible branch, ATMs never work properly, started cashing my paycheck elsewhere because they close so early, deposited checks take forever to clear, pushy staff. Wish they were still at Kroger.

  I opened an account with Citizens Bank on a promotion that they sent me, \\\"Open an account with us and we will give you . . . \\\" Well the promotion was over April 26 and I am still waiting for the money they promised.
