“I recently had a large upright piano moved from one city to another. The new location had a long stairwell with a turn up to the 2nd floor. I was afraid to watch them move my beautiful piano, but of course I had to. It was quite an effort, but they never gave up and with no damage to the piano, were successful. I will definitely contact Mike & Louis piano movers the next time I have my piano moved, which will most likely be next year. They were very courteous and provided excellent service!! Thanks guys, you’re the best!!”

“We bought some used movies. ( about 5$ each . ) 1 stopped and refused to play half of movie. When we went back, we brought it. They quickly found the same movie and gave it to us with a smile and apology taking the other back. ( I saw them throw the 1 away that wasnt good. )Very fun store and cheerful and helpful staff! always something new. Affordable place to bring children and be able to buy prizes for them. ( or yourself of course ! ) Very clean and organized.Note: people complaining they wouldnt give you enough money for what you wanted to sell them - No Brainer folks! “Edit (6-28): I've given up on my past mission. I've gone in since to pay my bill with Shane, he was like usual; polite, kind, prompt and the service given was better than expected; per usual.
This location and the associates are by far my favorite now. I'm in and out, and when I had to transfer data and all that crap over, I just went down to Jimmy John's and had a bite to eat.
When I have brought up problems I'm having with my phone/service, I have only received great information/problem solving ideas from both Shane and the new manager Kurtis. T-Mobile is finally doing good work and listening to it's customers. Thank you.
(First review): Kurtis and Shane helped me so much. They assisted me with adding a second line on my account, helped me pick a new phone, sign up for insurance (they saw how broken the screen on my previous phone was. I didn't know how inexpensive it is! $15/month), switch over what I needed to/helped me set the phone up and than they found a perfect OtterBox case and screen protectors for my new phone.
They showed me the smart watches and earbuds that are new. I'm not sure if I'll go back to purchase them or not, however if I do, I'm coming back to this location.
I have been previously frustrated with TMobile in the past at quite a few different locations. However Shane and Kurtis have far exceeded my expectations.
Although, when I asked to speak to the manager; not to be a Karen, but to compliment him on his staff, the manager wasn't there.
Every time I go up to pay my bill, he's never there.
I've tried to call different days, to see if he's there.
This is all out of pure curiosity at this point. What if I actually needed to talk to a manager? How much harder would it be to speak with them?
Imagine Kurtis and Shane didn't give me the amazing, professional service they actually provided me.
Let's say I had Jane and Jon assisting me. They both just started working there that day, and they don't know anything.
Let's say they are on rumspringa and they were Amish until like yesterday.
Would I be able to speak with a manager?
I am guessing no.
Sorry for the rant, and the imaginary situation. I don't know why this is bothering me. Muh bad.

“I absolutely love this Target, it's better than the one in Rochester and Dearborn. ( Dearborn is out of half their merchandise and the shelves are messed up!!) I can honestly say that's the worst one I've ever been to!) Auburn Hills is amazing it's very clean inside, they have a Starbucks also. I always find some cute items and good deals in my size so I'm very pleased with that, and they have the cutest clothes in vibrant colors! They keep everything well stocked, and the alcohol section is huge, so come here if you want to find a nice wine for not to expensive. I'm always buying yogurt they always have it in stock and their produce is pretty good & the beauty isle is also huge!!( OMG, in in heaven!!) Ooh yeah, I forgot to mention the Target brands are the best and a lot cheaper. You can't tell a difference between a high end brand and and Target brand( At least as far as I have noticed.) Can't wait to return soon!!!”
“Came in here day after a holiday weekend. They were busy as all get out, but the two behind the counter handled ALL the business. Customer service is one of the best I’ve experienced in any cell phone store in a long time. It’s complicated job data. Transfers pictures, social media, passwords Apple IDs emails you name it! “We first went to the Crescent Lake Rd 7-Eleven in Waterford, wow, what a filthy and disgusting mess it was by the condiments and food service area. Trash piled high outside. We walked right out and went to this 7-Eleven. Everything was picture-perfect immaculate, fresh and clean! We were able to find what we were looking for and are happy.Two gals behind the counter were extremely helpful and professional, regardless that they were receiving loads of a semi at the time and there were a lot of customers and noisy children in the store.Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all the way!”
