“I went there today to get food and stumbled on a toy for my dogos. Upon checking out the toy did not have a barcode. The cashier had to call for a manager; Rick. He came over, took the scanner, ran over found the toys scanned and just went above and beyond to just make my day. He was super polite, good conversation and helpful. I will only be doing my shopping at the store cuz of rick.”

“How to bathe a 70 pound German Shepherd that doesn't want a bath? They make it so easy to show up and they help you figure out what to do when you're new. We managed our girl into the tub, in spite of her resistance and got the bathing done in less than half an hour. Wonderful to NOT wind up with a soggy bathroom floor and have to prep and manage getting our bathroom situated to do it at home. This is a great idea to service bathing your dog and the gal we had didn't make us feel bad for coming inside the last hour before closing. Our fur baby girl needs the medicated shampoo that has to be left on her to sit 15 minutes and again the large tub and ability to contain her really helps out. Great place to get the job done!”

“We have 2 dogs and they both love this pet store. The staff is so friendly and make the dogs feel special and welcome. The dogs know where the treats are behind the counter. they go behind the counter sit and wait for the cashier to give them one. Then they go check out the store. Not many places sell their food, but they carry all of the flavors of their food. The staff is amazing and are very knowledgeable about the foods and treats they sell. My puppies looked a little skinny and coats were dull when we brought them home. After a week of them eating the food suggested by the employees they have packed on weight and their coats are shiny, and they look and feel great. Thank you, Hollywood Feed.”

“I had our 4 year old pomeranian professionally groomed for the first time today. We keep his coat long and he gets brushed daily by me. We are going to Florida for the holidays so I wanted him to look and smell great. Erin did a great job in the comfort of my drive. No other barking dogs or blowdryers and clippers to scare him. “Very nice fish/pet store with a wide variety of saltwater and freshwater species! They sell tanks, filters and everything needed to get your aquarium or terrarium up and running. My daughter enjoys looking at all the fish and different pets they have on display. Friendly, knowledgeable staff! I only leave a 4 star review because some of the fish tanks could really use a cleaning. I’m sure they are just having a hard time employing someone up to the task of cleaning all the tanks. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area!”

“I have been taking my blind dog Sparky a Rat Terrier mix to Urban Dog for about 3 years now. Needless to say he needs extra care because he is blind. I noticed that the girls have been rubbing is belly because when he comes home he loves his belly rubbed now. When he gets in the car to get groomed he somehow knows that he is at the groomers and gets all excited to be there. I would ask how he is doing with his groomer because he is a special needs dog. They assured me he was getting the hang of coming in and out of his crate. He has his good and bad days so I wanted to make sure he was being good for the groomer too. I don’t want him biting anyone because he is blind. I take extra care at the vets office too to make sure he doesn’t bite anyone because he is blind and scared of his surroundings. They always are very nice and friendly upfront at the desk too. I used to drive 30 minutes to get him groomed by The Urban Dog because I trusted them with my dog. Now I live much closer so it is even better now only taking a few minutes to get him groomed. I showed my appreciation of them today with individual bunt cakes because they are so appreciated taking time out to make sure Sparky feels comfortable with them grooming him.”

“This place is great, staff is friendly and helpful and the dog wash stations are always clean and awesome to wash the old hound. My basset loves to come here, and they carry unique high quality brands for food and toys for all your pets. Prices are marginally higher on essentials, can be noticeably higher on larger items but the quality is a reflection of the price. If you want high quality this is your pet shop”

“My puppy's breeder uses this company's food. Being such a young puppy when I got her at 9 weeks, I didn't want to switch her food and possibly upset her stomach. Her breed is also known for digestive and skin issues. So after researching this food it only made sense to keep her on it. She is now almost 12 weeks and doing great! We've even started to add a little bit of high quality kibble in with it. My dog literally does backflips for this food!So enough about the food. The the store and customer service are also fantastic! I did have one issue (not with the food) and it was resolved quickly with grace and graciousness. I couldn't recommend their food or this company more!”

However, I did find a great deal on a shirt for $19.00 and corduroy pants for an unbeatable $14.99 – talk about budget-friendly!What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the lady working there around 5:46 p.m., from Florida. She not only made me feel welcome but was quick to address any questions I had. It was my first time in this particular Tractor Supply, and I'm from Arizona where we also have these businesses.
