“Great personable staff. They know you on a first name basis. Not like the chain pharmacies. Everyone there is great never a long way to get your prescriptions very knowledgeable of medication’s and interactions. They also carry cute trinkets for gifts or for yourself in the pharmacy.”
“Called Medcenter Pharmacy today and had a very frustrating experience. The hold music was painfully long, and when I finally spoke to someone the staff member was short and rude. I was sick, tired, and feverish, so I wasn't able to give her very clear or complete information about what I needed help with, yet still she was able to solve my problem in 10 minutes! I had worked with another pharmacy for over 2 hours on the same issue, only to be turned away when they could not figure out how to help me. Eva got it all sorted out in record time. “The current pharmacy staff at Walgreens Is a great team! They work together great and are all willing to go above and beyond. They make you feel important and heard. They are always friendly! They put you at ease while dealing with hard illness or medication changes you may not understand, they take the time to educate you on the new medications. They're wonderful at working with all types of insurances and problems that may come up. They also take time to help you with over the counter medications when we ask know they're working so hard behind the counter. I'm so thankful to the current staff helping me and my family treating us as apart of theirs.”

“I like this CVS. I grew up in this area and love that.
The employees are always very friendly.
I mostly shop online to make sure they have what I’m looking for and it’s super convenient to just pickup.
You pay online and they send you a message to let you know when it’s ready.
You just go to the cashier and your order is ready to go.
I’m sick allot, so I can’t always walk around shopping.
I really appreciate this option.”

“Andrew at self check out was rude refused to get manager and proceed to snatch the wine up and whip it around hitting me in my shoulder. Then when the store manager came Andrew kept running his mouth. And I was kicked out of kroger for obviouslyrunning my kouth back to defend myself. I will not be back. I will be reporting to corporate and the BBB and I will make sure to let everyone know not to shop here. I have 2 family member who have worked for kroger for 10 plus years and I have shopped over 100 krogers in the US doing instacart and not once have I experienced the rudeness and unprofessionalism that Andrew at kroger I Clarkston village off Dixie hwy in michigan displayed.”

“They are short staffed like everywhere else...sometimes their notifications are inaccurate. I just make sure to give them like 3 days. However, when you go into the pharmacy for pickup; the techs are always super friendly and go out of their way to find you the best price!! For that; I'll ignore the inaccurate notifications and continue to shop there.”
