“It's a cable company so service is extremely expensive but customer service is great. If you can afford it, this is way better than Dish. The store is conveniently located in Oscoda and the hours are reasonable if you need customer service of any kind. Tech support is pretty good. The installers will take time to answer any questions are conscious of not leaving a mess behind when splicing, connecting or rerouting cables. They typically wear foot coverings when entering the home during inclement weather.”
