I needed to exchange old equipment for new ones. tried to call local store and can only get nationwide customer service. they told me the local store don't have phones. i said "WHAT"!!!! 21st century and no phones. SMH!!!!!! OBTW, customer service rep was polite and graciously gave me the company line of no phones at local stores. i have no complaint of him.

It's a cable company so service is extremely expensive but customer service is great. If you can afford it, this is way better than Dish. The store is conveniently located in Oscoda and the hours are reasonable if you need customer service of any kind. Tech support is pretty good. The installers will take time to answer any questions are conscious of not leaving a mess behind when splicing, connecting or rerouting cables. They typically wear foot coverings when entering the home during inclement weather.

The Oscoda Store was courteous, and very helpful when setting up our service when moving to the area. A year later cost of living caused a decision to eliminate expenses that were not necessary. The first Employee in Paw Paw, was professional, informed… when we were finished, the system required I speak to someone in Customer Care… it was the last day of June ( our system has been turned off at the module unit for 6 weeks…) I was told, since the billing cycle began the 29th, I would need to pay the full month fees. That apparently is their policy. My policy, is I will not promote, or badmouth them… but I will never have a Spectrum Account, if I never have internet, television, or phone service.V Huffman

The store has bright lights and not all are knowledgeable in this field. Got here at 10:30 and now 1:50 and still trying to transfer data. Drove 50 miles for this. Sorry Spectrum you have to do better. Have Never seen so many Disgusted people. Like my Polish Uncle would say, BULLSHITSKI!

We went in the Oscoda store this afternoon with the intent of signing on with Spectrum for our home service. Unfortunately customer service was severely lacking.It started with being told that we would be charged starting today, even though the installation would not be for another week. He refused to concede this, despite attempts to clarify reasons for this.Discussion proceeded to charges, at which time we showed him a copy of charges provided to us 2 weeks prior at the same office. He refused to look at the quote, stating a price, and that this is it, a totally different quote. He continued to be argumentative, at which we elected to leave. I asked for my license back and he threw it at me.We have had spectrum over 16 years at our seasonal condo association and have never been treated like this.I am a retired public servant , who if during my employment had treated the public with this disrespect I would have been relieved of my duties.Clearly this individual needs customer service training on the product as well communication training.

Worst internet ever! Connections always going out and the cost is ridiculous. The constant outages are annoying. I would never trust them with my cell service even if they were giving it away.
