Courteous, friendly without the effusiveness of some banks. Best fraud protection I have found. Would be great if the West Main branch was open on Saturday!

Been with F since 2002. Never ever had an issue with the great Folks that work there. The Employees at both Kalamazoo branches are the best you will find anywhere. They rock!

Always have amazing, helpful, efficient, service on the phone or, in person, at the Oshtemo branch. Martin, Christian, Sheila are super friendly...they always address us by name upon entering the bank. Highly recommend. (The coffee is a plus too 😁)
