“Bob is a national treasure. We were in the Alpena area on vacation when our alternator died. Emily at AutoZone called Bob on a Saturday afternoon and explained our situation. He was willing to come in to work on a Sunday so we could get home on Monday. Bob is an excellent communicator, fantastic mechanic, and all around good person. Our car was fixed early Sunday afternoon so we could enjoy our last day in the area - and it cost less than we were expecting (especially for his coming in on a Sunday!) . If we lived in the area, Bob's Muffler & Auto Repair would be our go-to shop because they are honest, reliable, and have very competitive pricing. The world needs more people like Bob.”

“I was stranded at B.P gas station with a flat tire. I've known I am in need of new tires all the way around but financially until tax returns I can't. Mickey's drove to me put air in my tire, drove to his shop, put my car on the hoist and told me to sit in the office where it was warmer. They junked my tire, replacing it with a used one he had around. I asked him how much I owed him and he said "Merry Christmas? smiling, you're car's sitting out front for you!" God works in mysterious ways. So does HUMANITY! I will begin using them as my Mechanic and recommend them to anybody. Thanks Mickey's Motors! Merry Christmas to yous and yours, and GOD BLESS!”
