“Love this bank. I also found the white haired lady was a bit difficult to deal with, but everyone else is great. They gave me a better interest rate on my car than anyone else. Also approved me for a credit card. All this while I have newer credit, less than a year. They even upped my credit limit when I needed it for an out of state trip. I also love the app layout and customization options. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a standard bank. Credit unions all the way!”

“I started banking with FCU because I liked the idea of having a local bank, I’ve noticed down the line that local companies are far more personable than any sort of big branch establishment.
I wanted to say that the Otisville branch far exceeds my high expectations- Especially Caleb. Every time I go there I am greeted with a warm welcome and attitudes that are just so genuine, it would seem that they are truly happy to help and it’s everything I would want from a local bank.
