“This place deserves more than 5 stars. They are amazing there. Helpful and friendly. I have been there a few times not knowing how to tackle something and the employees were more than willing to help me. I had a pipe burst during the dead of winter and my basement was flooding, one of the guys there said if I still needed help after he was done with work he would come and see what he could do, or during Covid I wanted to build a pvc pipe candy tube for Halloween, the employee helped me plan it out and offered his input. Absolutely amazing place to go”

“I entered this fine establishment and was then welcomed on the spot. I asked for help with finding some products to purchase and the owner escorted me in to the back of his store. We talked for a while on which item was the best to buy and he was being very helpful. There was one problem and that was that dang red door. I could not stop eyeballing the door and it was showing in our conversation. I could not stop stuttering and i was starting to sweat profusely and he knew what i was looking at. I had to get him to leave I had to know what was behind that red door. I got him to go back to the front of the store this was my chance. I slowly and hesitantly stated to open the red door. It was warm and humid it made me almost sick just by touching it. I started to turn the handle the air hit my face like a out of control semi the smell was putrid. As i looked into the abyss I felt as if I was in the deepest darkest layer of hell I felt as if i was subjected to 1000 years of excruciating torturer. Next came the noise oh god the noise is was ear wrenching. Just before i could take a step down the owner came back and slammed the door shut as hard as he could possibly muster and said its for employees only . Great store 10/10 would come back. Don't know whats behind that door tho.”
“I love Ace Hardware! I needed eight screws to hang some shelves. That's what I got, I didn't have to purchase 100 screws, which I would never use, I could buy just eight of the size I needed. Fantastic!”
“Really happy with this hardware store!The owner was super kind and helpful. Showed me the exact screws and nails I needed.I didn’t need that many, so he allowed me to take just a few out of the box and pay for them at a much lower cost. Little things like this is what small business is all about. People helping people. I live just down the road, so I’ll be back often. Thanks again”

“Been going there for about 30 years. Always great service. And if they don’t have what you need, they will try to get it for you. If not they will offer other options. A lot of places won’t suggest a competitor that can help you.”
