“I had been researching baby walkers for a couple of days and made a definite plan to stop at this specific Volunteers of America as they have always had such a variety of items & the staff is so friendly. I found myself in this busy store at the counter on Tuesday 09/05/23, in line as all customers were being waited on there and I was next in line.The next available associate was a very cheerful young lady named Ava, who I inquired about any available walkers? She was able to find me one and I couldn't be more pleased. Ava is a standout employee who went above and beyond in customer service. She has made my little Great-granddaughter VERY HAPPY!Thanks again Ava!!”
