“Went to Oxford Vacuum based on their 4.9 star reviews and had a great experience. We met Scott, the owner, who took the time to walk my wife and me through our options for replacing our 20 year old central vacuum system. He explained everything clearly and recommended the Titan system based on what would work best for us. We placed the order on Friday and he had it installed and fully up and running by Monday evening. The entire process was smooth and professional. Very impressed with Scott and how he took care of us. 5 stars. Highly recommend.”

“Josh was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous in assisting us with our vacuum purchase. This is our second vacuum purchase from Bank’s Vacuum in Waterford in the past year and we couldn’t be more happier. Bank’s Vacuum in Waterford is the best!”

“Clean store. Occasionally it takes time walking around to find someone on the floor to assist you but whenever I have found that person they've always bent over backwards to help me. Anytime I've had to go to the customer service desk for questions, returns, etc. they have went above and beyond to assist me at this store / location. Thank you Lake Orion Home Depot!!”

“I purchased the new combo laundry washer/dryer in September. The previous owners washer quit on me.My family has been in Rochester a very long time & my late father always said to call Sergeants when I needed an appliance. I remembered that & I'm so glad I called them first.ABC warehouse wanted to charge me $600 more for the identical machine! Sargeants not only had a better price, they delivered it the next day! This single Mom highly recommends sargeants.”
