The two people that were cashiers, one other guy and a girl named Jade were above and beyond helpful also. I plan on coming back to this store for my future auto parts needs.”

“My second go to in lake orion for auto parts. Usually has the parts that Autozone doesn't carry. I really wish there was a O'Reilly app for parts search like autozone and advanced auto both have.
I'm giving a 4 star because one of the sales people was extremely rude during an attempted return. I purchased a 4 way lug wrench that broke on its first use.. I didn't have the receipt and I guess he couldn't find the purchase on my account, but they had another one in stock and he wouldn't just exchange it. I DIDNT want the money, I just wanted a non faulty tool. I guess I understand his point of view, but for as much money as I spend there, and as much business as i give them (i own 3 vehicles with over 200K+ miles on them) I was extremely displeased to be treated like a criminal and recieve such an attitude over a 20 dollar tool that could have been easily exchanged, uea it might have taken a but more paperwork or effort on thier part, but would have been a very simple one time show of appreciation on thier part.. Personally, this is the reason Autozone is my first go to.”

“I needed to replace my car battery. O’Reilly’s initially said they could replace it for me but then said they couldn’t because I had a fuse box on the battery. I called Battery World and Cory was so helpful and knowledgeable. The battery cost half of what O’Reilly’s wanted to charge and I was out of there in no time.”
