“Likely the best Go karting track in the Detroit Metro! Solid karts and a great track layout. The only slight issues I have had: karts running out of battery and getting them to consistently keep the karts at top level. Wish they would develop a licensing system where they keep track of the ability to run at full speed/ level 4 and send us out with only level 4 people”

“Purchased a Groupon for axe throwing and floor curling at Axe Social. Very loud atmosphere. The instructor was friendly and helpful but wandered off at one point. I LOVED that they provided the Venmo QR codes for employees so that you could tip that way. More businesses should consider it! Food was DELICIOUS but I wouldn't expect anything less from G's! The curling was pretty cool! It was like a self-serve kinda set up and the rules were posted on the wall. I had a lot of fun but wouldn't recommend doing it after eating since you're bending over each turn.”

“I recently attended a wedding at Addison Oaks and was just amazed at the beauty of the building and grounds. The staff was efficient and worked hard to make sure everything was perfect and each guest was taken care of. I highly recommend this venue to anyone who may be looking for an event space.”

“I don’t know what it is about that cook, but swarms of chick kept trying to go in the kitchen, security literally had to stop them from ripping his shirt off wanting autographs. There’s a rumor I heard around the club he was hung like an elephant has has abs you could grade cheese on as well, he’s literally my hero and gives me someone to look up to. This guys so awesome I’d let him sleep with my wife just so I could raise his son and he be a part of my life forever.”

“Loved my stay at Royal Hotel in Rochester. I especially enjoyed the staff. Came in from a late night flight and Bianca was very nice and checked me in quickly. We had a meeting and Will from the AV team was responsive and helped us every step of the way. He helped make the meeting special. He felt like one of the crew. I think Reece helped me when I had to switch rooms. The gym was great it has all the right equipment. Ruth and Lori were the icing on the cake. They helped me check out and had great conversation. I left feeling cared for and with genuine interactions. Oh and also the food was pretty good at the restaurant. This hotel has 5 star service ?Rooms: Rooms were clean. Great bathroomWalkability: Very close to Main Street with so much food and hometown feel.Noteworthy details: Friendly, genuine, personable, royal staff”

“Metamora is a one of a kind gem. It has incredible views, an awesome course design that is both challenging but scoreable, and an ownership and management team that care deeply about the course, clubhouse, amenities, food, and hosting various events. It has come such a long way from its low point right before current ownership bought it. Great things ahead for this awesome establishment!”

“Being a wedding photographer as well as an enjoyer of medieval decor, Canterbury Castle is one of my favorite places for wedding photos. With a gorgeous hard wooden interior along with spacious venue rooms, it may sound cliché but you'll definitely feel like a King and Queen when having a wedding here. The wedding chapel is a short walk from the castle venue hall itself and, like the main building, is ADA-compliant.The chapel "barn / loft" building has been revamped over the years to be split between a relatively spacious wedding venue with the Court's gorgeous stained glass window as a backdrop whereas the rear of the hall is split into staging and preparation areas for the bridal party sides. As of late 2023, the bridal suite has had some refurbishment to include a few lighted makeup mirrors and couches in their partition whereas the gentleman's space was still temporary drywall and was almost completed.Overall the lighting in the reception space is strong office florescent ~2500K and hall is traditional incandescent 3200K so warm style shooting may be a challenge for the ceremony itself. The grand foyer has a very strong mix of golden light as well as natural permeating from the large second floor foyer windows plus shadowing in alcoves and stairs so lighting uniformity definitely requires supplemental flash if the weather is not overcast. The small village at the rear of the castle is also nice to walk and visit, featuring an arcade, carousel, and a few small business serving souvenirs, refreshments, and various things, season-depending.Overall, the property can be a bit crowded depending on how many weddings there are and if other events are happening but this is definitely an awesome place to visit and consider if you're going for a festive wedding!”

“I got married here In 2016 the hall was beautiful and the staff and owner were great. They treated me with kindness and was very professional. The only thing I wish they had was a changing room for the bridal party. They accommodated all of our needs.”
