This was my first day going there, ever, and I was immediately greeted by the sweetest guy ever! I cant remember his name because I couldnt hear him ? i wish I did, but he was taller with straight bleached hair, an like a pink strand, and awesome demon slayer shirt! I THINK HE HAD GLASSES He like complimented my sweater, and was so sweet, and the clothes there is wonderful! As soon as I walked in, I literally felt myself smiling the whole time. (I felt so giddy...) anyways, for a broke teen like me it was a bit expensive, BUT SO WORTH IT. I rly hope everybody goes there, because everybody inside and everything inside is awesome as heck! “Prices seem tricky but I love the purses. I didn’t like the customer service lady with the dark hair. I went to do an exchange on a purse and she gave me a hard time. Thank goodness the nice manager was there to help me with it.”

“I went in to the Aerie portion of the store and all of the employees were amazing. The dressing room lady was super sweet and helpful. Then checking out the cashier was amazing and really took the time to make sure all of my items rang up correctly so that I wasn't overcharged. “LOVE THIS STORE. Came down from South Carolina to visit my Aunt and just this wood sign brought me in the store. Wish we could have gotten the sign but we had to leave with some gear. Cant wait to come back as its a dope store. Amazing gear. And hoping to get that wood sign haha”

“Absolutely love this place, especially when they have their sales! Me and my boyfriend always go in and everyone is always so nice! Today we had gone in and were helped by tish and a fellow employee and they went above beyond! I found some boots I absolutely loved and at first we all thought they were out of the size but Tish kept looking in the back and found a 8½. I'm usually a nine but she told me the boots run big and they fit perfect. I was so happy!We were actually in the checkout line when a fellow customer service rep stopped us and told us that she had found some in the back and had told him over the radio! We were about to leave and I am so happy that they found a 8½!Thank you so much again Tish and the guest factory team! Always going above and beyond. Definitely will continue to be back!”
