“Went to Torrid around 2 pm today. My young kids were in tow. Danielle went above and beyond! Danielle fitted me for a bra. When Danielle noticed that my kids were getting antsy while we waited for a fitting room to open, Danielle did not hesitate to ask if they wanted stickers to help occupy them. 5/5 stars! (Also, Danielle made sure all my questions were asked!)”

“I have placed two different orders from Kay Carroll. I am thrilled with the quality and the promptness. I’m a little concerned over my last purchase, which was nine items. I only received five. I have no indication that another delivery is scheduled. Needless to say, I’m a little concerned about the completion of my order. I don’t know the proper procedure to contact the company. I need help please. Again wonderful products I ordered eight items in my first order and then nine in my second .

Pants are always tricky for me, and just when I was a bit discouraged about what I had been finding, she pointed me in the right direction, and found me suits that worked perfectly! Thank you!”

Before long, I found 3 shirts and a pair of shorts, all at very reasonable prices. I thought the store was nice, organized and clean. Some staff seamed more outgoing and welcoming than others, but all were helpful.”

“I took my nine-year-old daughter jeans shopping here for the first time here last week, and the shopping experience was truly life-changing for my daughter and I . My daughter absolutely hates shopping, let alone trying on jeans and I had no idea what size she was in because this was the first year, she actually wants to wear jeans to school. When we first walked to the fitting rooms, we were greeted by Laura and lili, and they got us in a dressing room immediately and of course, the jeans I picked up for my daughter or the wrong size. I expressed to Laura and lili that I might have another five minutes of my daughter trying on jeans before she has an emotional breakdown since she hates shopping. Without a hesitation, Lily asked if it would be OK if she and Laura could help, and take my daughter shopping throughout the store to see what she likes. Between Laura and lili, my daughter tried on at least 10 pairs of jeans, without any tears and arguments with me 😂 they made the whole shopping experience fun, and truly made a difference for my family and I.”
“Absolutely love this place, especially when they have their sales! Me and my boyfriend always go in and everyone is always so nice! Today we had gone in and were helped by tish and a fellow employee and they went above beyond! I found some boots I absolutely loved and at first we all thought they were out of the size but Tish kept looking in the back and found a 8½. I'm usually a nine but she told me the boots run big and they fit perfect. I was so happy!We were actually in the checkout line when a fellow customer service rep stopped us and told us that she had found some in the back and had told him over the radio! We were about to leave and I am so happy that they found a 8½!Thank you so much again Tish and the guest factory team! Always going above and beyond. Definitely will continue to be back!”

She was extremely helpful and patient with me! I’m really glad she was there to help me because I was so confused. Her attitude and energy are unmatched, you don’t find people like her often.

“I wanted to Thank you. There were 2 beautiful ladies here. 1 in her early 20's 1 in her mid 40's. Both of them were amazing. I went there today 30 minutes before closing around 8:30. I bought 17 articles from there. They helped me with size, color and fit. Even with the knee pain. She was running around the store front and back to find my size and color I needed. I will surely go there again and highly recommend.

“I have always received good service at the The Loft Outlet but yesterday I received fantastic service. Anthony was so willing to help me find what I needed and explained to me that because of the lockdown, production was slow to fill orders and The Loft was doing everything they can to bring me my favorite pieces that I love so much. The tanks, the tees and my favorite boot cut jean are the best fit out there. Thank you Anthony for your help, it didn't go unnoticed.”
“This is a fun store. My child really wanted to get some sweaters and found many cute ones on sale. They have so many fun character driven fashion and inexpensive trendy clothes and accessories. They individuals working here were extremely friendly and very attentive. This is a great place to shop for the holiday, they had basically everything on sale in the entire store, like buy one get one half off.”

“I went there with my girlfriend to try and find a simple but elegent black dress for an upcoming work event. We couldn't find anything that we liked at the other stores at Great Lakes Crossing and was ready to head to Somerset, but then we decided to stop in at Windsor. It was crazy busy in there with everyone shopping for HOCO dresses, so we were sort of stressed out. But then Samaya, one of the workers at Windsor, sensed our struggle and immediately came to our rescue. Even though it was super busy, she went out of her way to help us look for dresses and coordinating accessories.
Samaya enlisted the help of another coworker, Maddy, and between the two of them, we received a personalized-shopper experience that we were not expecting to get! Our customer service experience with Maddy and Samaya was perfect and impressed us greatly! They spent a lot of time showing us many dress options to try on. Me, being a guy, I wasn't a whole lot of help when it come to telling my girlfriend what I thought about each dress (because she looked great in all of them). But Samaya and Maddy and other workers near the dressing room shared their honest opinions (which we could trust!) about how the dressses and combos looked.
We did not expect to have so much fun, but we did! Maddy and the other workers made the whole experience for us. Their excellent customer service and willingness to go above and beyond made our night! Never in a million years would we have expected to be treated so special at any store at Great Lakes Crossing.”

I'm an express fan after my interaction with ALEXIS. She helped me sort out an issue I had with the coupon I was trying to use and never made me feel like I was bothering her like some other people would have.
