“I had a poor experience with the outlet customer service from the website. They sent me the wrong size phone case, and said the rest were sold out when they were still selling them off the website! ??♀️ Customer service wouldn’t even connect me to an outlet store after he told me that the stores may have a few left. I had to do the leg work to find a store. Found this one in Auburn Hills and spoke with Diana. Why have I been wasting my time with the website?!? She informed me that at the store you get a 30day return policy where everything on the site is final sale. She found the case I was looking for and then proceeded to wave the shipping cost bc of my troubles. There is a lot to be said for customer service in these days where everything is becoming automated. She sent me a link to purchase the item and she was so kind and very helpful. I will be now driving an hour out of my way just to receive this service! Diana was soooo kind and extremely helpful! Keep up the good work! ???”

“The best dress store. 1 stop shop. You are going to find a dress here no matter the occasion. You can find high end and also clearance items. I found my dress for my brother’s wedding. It’s so beautiful and I also got my daughters flower girl dress. I love that you can try on unlimited dresses in the fitting room. Nobody bothers you. Like at small boutiques. Nobody stays on top your head and pressures you to buy something. I also bought my shoes and jewelry. Very reasonable priced.”

“I've only shopped at PDS a couple times but they have a great selection of clothes, gift ideas and other items you're not going to find at a chain store. Also I see a review from a GaryK - he is nothing but a trouble maker. I heard that he'd come to the store seemingly impaired demanding that he be paid early. The store had to kick him out and I heard he made threats of violence. This was back in 2022. He still seems to be carrying a grudge when he really needs to look in the mirror and clean up his act!”
