“We were traveling out of town from Kentucky to Michigan. On the start of our return home we had a flat tire. Luckily we were close to Harrington’s Auto Service. We stopped in and could see they were busy. The lady making an appointment on the phone showed a booked calendar on the computer screen. We told them our predicament. Mark, the manager asked one of his men if they had an open bay. They did and he immediately checked out our tire and repaired it. Not only did her repair it but suggested we get new tires when we got home. Told us the issues and said they would be fine to get us home. No up selling just good customer service. We were out in 30 minutes and on the road to home. If I lived close to their location, I would take my car there for service. They are friendly, helpful, and did a great service for us. Thanks for making our vacation have a good ending.”

“My daughter's car overheated in the mall parking lot (during her first driving lesson!) and Ray just happened to be taking his break in a shady spot near us. He came over to help us and I couldn't be more grateful!!! I didn't know what to do and he offered to help.
I could write a book about how amazingly supportive and awesome he was, but in a nutshell:
-- he went out of his way during his break to help us
-- he was incredibly helpful and calm when I was panicking
-- he told us we could have the car looked at at the shop -- and called and asked them to do it right away -- and they did it -- and fixed it -- the SAME DAY!!!
I have Triple A, so we had the car towed there to be extra cautious and the tow truck driver asked why I was having the car towed to a tire shop when the engine was overheating. Kzoo Tire does so much more than tires!!
Ray was an angel (and I tried to offer him some cash because I was so grateful and he declined -- he's one of the nicest strangers I've ever met) -- and I couldn't believe that they fit us in the same day. It ended up only being a fuse (easy fix), but the kindness and support was extraordinary.

“This is one of the best auto shops I've been too. First off the customer service is top notch, friendly and knowledgeable. Got a alignment on a Friday, and before either even made it home got a lady hit my truck. I called Tuffy and asked if they would check the alignment due to the crash. They said heck yeah bring it up and we'll check it out. Took it 930 am this morning and they pulled it in and checked it. Fantastic service and great customer service! Thanks so much Tuffy!!”

“In whole Kalamazzo MI was only this shop available take me to immediately. My truck was down on the highway 40 miles south of.
By the phone I explained that is alternator and they just said bring it down. The mechanic was start working on it and when new arrived he installed right away. Thank you for your help and service

“Really smooth and quick service, the techs here were all very helpful. They took us in soon after we called and even provided for us a faster and cheaper solution to our flat tire situation which we were intentionally very worried about, since we had a long distance business trip ahead of us. As we were getting ready to leave, the technician stopped us and offered to quickly put our spare tire back under the chassis of our work van, which saved us time and extra labor for the remainder of the trip which we were really grateful for. Thanks to all the technicians at this establishment for going above and beyond”

“My morning commute started out with a flat tire. I had both my kids in the car and was on my way to drop them at school and then head to work myself. It was also my son's birthday so it was a busy morning. I pulled into discount tire and they immediately jumped into action and were so kind, quick, and professional. Within 30 minutes they had my vehicle in and out of the shop with a completely repaired tire, free of charge. Today could have been a LOT worse and Drew and his team saved the day! “It's a Costco, it wont be fancy and the noise of dozens of a hundred plus customers will drown out most subtle conversations, but spending 1.50 on hot dog and drink is super worth. There pizza is pretty dang good. My fave is the chicken bake. Which is like a hot pocket. But meat surrounsing melted cheese. Great prices, great food. Though not really a sit down place. Though it jas seating for such.”
“The gentlemen here were easy to talk with. They were thorough when repairing my AC condenser, for which the whole dash needed to be removed.
Upon completion, I could not tell that anything was ever removed. Everything was in place and as it shulould be. That is a BIG job. The AC is back to life!

I came in with a donut on my car, and they got me in the garage quickly, and mounted the new tire I brought onto a rim, and swapped my spare tire out with the new tire so quickly. “I was worried about my tire and it was leaking air. I had to park it for a whole day and bring it to Firestone to get it looked at to determine the reason for the leak. I got my tires from Firestone and Brian the tech fixed it and Jeremy was able to give me all the information on my tires so I can be aware of my warranty and Brain reset the sensors to make the lights go off. Excellent service and beautiful customer service by both of them”
“I unfortunately did not come to a final deal with them, but these guys were pretty darn nice to work with. Bob, Brandon and Bryan all helped me both visits. They treated me respectfully and talked to me like a normal person. That is all you can ask for. The dealership is small but nice and clean. “I took my car in for a nail puncture patch in my front and rear end tires I couldn’t pay them at the time but Josh kindly helped me get air in them for the time being. Came back a week later to get the patch done and had to explain how moving my car was difficult since my gear shift popped out near my driver side and how i’ve had to physically change the gear from the engine. Josh and Mateus couldn’t believe how I was driving my car around! I had the part ordered but couldn’t get it fixed for the longest since I needed to work without leaving my car somewhere overnight. These amazing honest workers fixed my tires and my gear shift in time for me to go to work my overnight shift that day. I recommend this business to anyone who is looking for honest hard workers for their troubles. 5 star quality!! Thank you guys so much.”

“Went in for an oil change and had prearranged supplying the oil because I wanted a specific brand of synthetic. Tech used their synthetic and I noticed my oil was still in my vehicle when I picked it up. They offered to do a drain and fill right then but I didn’t have time. So they said the next service would be comped if I supply the oil. I’m good with that! At least they are trying to make it right with me which is more than I can say for a lot of places I’ve done business with!”
