“Super reliable internet-wish I switched sooner. I did try calling once and left a VM and didn’t get a return call. So I waited to switch until we didn’t have a choice. Must have been a fluke, bc I have never had an issue since. They answered all of my calls, helped me work through a technical issue on my end. The install was very clean, tidy, and even helped us remove old wires we no longer need. Don’t plan to go back to xfinity, plus we are saving 50% for better coverage!”
