“I don’t usually write reviews, but Tim and Parker made this one impossible not to leave. What I expected to be a stressful trip to T-Mobile turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.
They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. They made the entire process easy and stress-free while keeping things friendly and professional.
T-Mobile is lucky to have employees like Tim and Parker. Five stars isn’t enough—I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for outstanding service.”
“We just left your store and Jake took superb care of. He was so polite and understanding. I highly recommend this store and Jake even though it was once again the distance than your Westnedge store from my house”
“After a wasted trip to the GR Apple store, Drake Rd Spectrum staff exceeded expectations with great pricing/trade in on two new Apple 17e phones, transition from android to Apple, returning old phones and start - up of new phones - great job by all staff!”

“Just a WOW experience at the T-Mobile store on Drake in Kzoo. We started with Adam to help transfer mom and dad's phones from Xfinity to T-Mobile. He was able to do some magic to get the phone numbers transferred even though the previous (Xfinity) account had been deactivated. We had to return the next day due to something on our side and Chad worked with us for a couple of hours, getting new iPhones set up, Apple account details transferred over and everything set up for mom and dad. Exceptional patience, kindness, and helpfulness from both T-Mobile reps, but Chad went above and beyond. We were so appreciative of all the friendly help he provided and although it was a LONG process, he remained calm, smiled, and assured us he would figure it out. AND he did. Again, just WOW. Next up, transferring my 4 lines to T-Mobile.”
