“The store and staff get five stars every day of the week. The store is universally accessible, it’s always clean, they have convenient hours, and the staff are always friendly, efficient and proactive.
Parking, which they can’t really control, is definitely inadequate. There’s limited street parking availability in front of the store. There is additional parking behind the store, but it’s really full almost every time I go. It’s literally the only inconvenience of a visit to that UPS store location.”
