Outstanding Service — Above and Beyond!
I had to stop by the UPS Store on Drake Road today to get some important documents notarized and print out some pictures for a trademark filing. The woman working there went above and beyond to help me — she was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She made sure everything was printed clearly, notarized correctly, and even helped me organize my materials. It meant so much to me, especially on a stressful day.

“The best way for me with this being my first time.....come in on parkway go through the gates over the tracks go towards blue building turn left going to the end of the building....turn right onto small road that leads you to 701 Gibson you will know once you make the turn. Space is narrow with another of foot traffic so come with patience.....easy check in”
“I placed a complex online order and I had an order called in and sent via email. Service was amazingly fast, and received email replies very quick. They understood the assignment and delivered. Got rush copies of a last minute presentation. The presentations looked fantastic, exactly what we designed and the print quality was perfect. Top off the experience with a very helpful employee. I wish I had noted her name. She was efficient and professional, reminding me I had already paid for one set via the online order, and only owed for the other. She offered to print out both receipts, knowing I needed them for work. Clearly this location does this frequently and is very good. Their work isn't cheap, but the end products look fantastic. I highly recommend them for your immediate needs in printing.”

“Never had an issue here. Rates at UPS off Beatrice are much much cheaper especially on heavy items however, this is a very convenient location for day to day returns etc. Very good service here”
