“5 Stars all the way !!! I had a problem with the used truck from Perry Auto Sales and called them about the issue. Aaron got me in touch with Alex the service manager, Alex had me try a couple of things to diagnose the problem. When this didn't fix the problem he had me drop the truck off so they could diagnose it in shop to better understand what was going on. They found the issue, replaced a part to fixed it, drove the truck to make sure they had everything ready and called me throughout the service support process. If you've ever been in a situation where you're waiting on a vehicle to be repaired and no one ever calls with updates, you will want to use Perry Auto Sales in the future. You won't regret it... “My transmission on my 2012 GMC Sierra started to fail after 211,000 so I checked with a few different shops for quotes. I decided on the Shift Shop because of how helpful Heidi was on the phone in explaining their process. They were also able to get me scheduled sooner and the cost was definitely competitive with the other options. On top of that they provide a 3 yr warranty.
A month later I started having some issues that I thought was related to the transmission so I dropped it off on my way out of town. They called me later to inform me that it wasn’t my transmission but my manifold. They referred me to another shop about 15 min away but since I was out of town wasn’t able to do anythIng until a few days later. They went out of their way to drop my truck off so it could get fixed while out of town and I would have a working truck when I got back in town.
3 months and over 6,000 miles later and the transmission is working as good as new. Highly recommend this locally owned business.”
