“5 Stars all the way !!! I had a problem with the used truck from Perry Auto Sales and called them about the issue. Aaron got me in touch with Alex the service manager, Alex had me try a couple of things to diagnose the problem. When this didn't fix the problem he had me drop the truck off so they could diagnose it in shop to better understand what was going on. They found the issue, replaced a part to fixed it, drove the truck to make sure they had everything ready and called me throughout the service support process. “My 2012 Chrysler Town and Country had a faulty TPIM module replaced at the Fowlerville Chrysler dealer. The week after that it started shifting erratically and a few days later it stranded my wife when it refused to go over 35 mph. I towed it back to dealer thinking that the new module which controls all electrical functions was the culprit. The dealer texted an inspection report link which simply stated “Needs new transmission $7877.00, Accept or Decline?”. I then towed it to The Shift Shop where they found it to be low on fluid due to a leaking line and a rusted out side cover on transmission. Repaired it for $637.48, shifts and runs great for the past 2 months since. No idea why factory trained mechanics couldn't spot a leak or a low fluid level, but it’s a sure bet the Shift Shop will get any future service work my family may need. They have my thanks, an honest place to do business with in my opinion.”
