Aaron got me in touch with Alex the service manager, Alex had me try a couple of things to diagnose the problem. When this didn't fix the problem he had me drop the truck off so they could diagnose it in shop to better understand what was going on. They found the issue, replaced a part to fixed it, drove the truck to make sure they had everything ready and called me throughout the service support process. If you've ever been in a situation where you're waiting on a vehicle to be repaired and no one ever calls with updates, you will want to use Perry Auto Sales in the future. You won't regret it...
