“Went to Petoskey Auto Zone last night at 8:00pm. My cooling fan would not shut off when my vehicle was off. Matty(?) was very helpful and went out of his way to check under the hood in the rain. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable.”

“I want to give them five stars for Emily's customer service. There was a glitch in the system with my tires and I was text my order had been cancelled. I called and the person could not help me and was supposed to call me back. They did not so I reached out the next day and Emily answered, she was very kind and helpful. She made me feel like she truly wanted to help and cared. She did not just say I can't help they're lost which she could've done but instead she took initiative and physically searched for my tires to see if they had in fact came in and hadn't been scanned in.
