“I like the new seating. The lady you have working today (Sunday, 7/12), is amazing. She is the only one here, running around cleaning, doing laundry, taking care of customers with a smile on her face. Everytime that buzzer goes off, she drops what she is doing to take care of the customer and doesn't seem the bit irritated or worn out by all the tasks she is doing all at once. Sitting here watching her..I want to get up and help her. You've got a great employee on your hands.”
