“Roxanne rocked this morning. I came in at 9:45a. The place was packed. 8 people in line, 2 waiting for self serve. Roxanne was only one here. Someone else did not show. She handled the crowd perfect even when absent employee called to ask why was she getting called on a Saturday. Roxanne told fellow employee on the phone very kindly she was a little busy and to call the manager with scheduling issues and went on with the costumers.
During this entire stress period she was smiling and pleasant.
When another employee (Anthony) show up early for his shift, the store was back to normal no line in less than 15 minutes.
