“With a size 6 narrow foot, it is hard to find shoes. The clerk directed me to shoe brands that tend to run narrow. When I found a style i liked, he ordered it for me and said it should arrive in 7-10 days. It was delivered in less than 24 hours. “Great inventory. Poor customer assistance. Fabulous assortment of colors, patterns, and styles - well curated over all and this could be our new family favorite. Two people on staff were too busy with inventory and store duty to help with jeans or other purchase. It seemed a bother when asking for help. Found the jeans, needed different size and asked for assistance. “You’ll just have to look”. Hey went helping the other two customers in the store either. For $300 jeans could maybe offer a hand. Even so, we purchased some lovely jeans and jewelry. Fingers crossed for better service next time when they aren’t so busy.”
