Much better customer service than ATT. That place can kick rocks… big ones… This Verizon store is much more user friendly with way more variety, and the people seem to care way more about their customers and are extremely welcoming. Adam does a great job and always does right by the customers.

I needed a new SIM card because mine stopped working. I was helped by Christy and she was extremely helpful. Not only did she fix my SIM card in minutes, she also went through my account and noticed I could get any brand new phone for next to nothing if the sim didn't work out.
