We are traveling with our camper nearby and had an issue with our Wagoneer suspension needing to be recalibrated, leading us to pivot our plans and wait for the nearest dealer to open the next morning. My husband was there upon open and service agent explained that this happens often and offered to check and if that was indeed the issue. Luckily the problem was fixed quickly and we will be back on the road as planned. Very impressed with the customer service and knowledge of the issue. Our home dealer is much less familiar with the issue so our expectations were low. This service department exceeded them, no problem.”
