“Always very polite. So glad our post office wasn't one of the ones cut totally or open only part time. I have never waited in line for more than 5 minutes. (The 5 minute wait was over the holidays and totally understood)”

“Have I had an issue with delivering my package to the wrong house? Yes. Left a message and the Post Master called me and said that he would send someone right away to pick it up and deliver it to me. Mistakes happen. We are all human. Every time I go into the post office I have been treated kindly and professionally.”
