Since it was sold they replaced most of their hard workiing employees, which was half the of the reasons I went there for 30 years. They no longer cater to old time customers but increased their prices and carry half the merchandise they use to carry. Therefore I have discovered the True Value hardware What was I thinking that I never drove a mile farther down the road to find the hometown downhome friendly store that answers any stupid question I might ask to try and fill my request for that whatyamajiggie I am trying to find.
