He offers great guidance and is thorough with addressing all questions and concerns we've had.

The prices are very fair at Mill Pond and you never get the feeling that they are trying to upsell you for tests and services you don't truly need.

In an after hours pinch we had to take Kitty to an emergency clinic elsewhere and the experience was not even close to the comfort both Kitty and we have had when visiting Mill Pond Animal Hospital.
