Best Goodwill in the Grand Rapids area. The store is decent sized and more of the donations that make it on the floor are nicer than a lot of the other locations so you aren't searching through mostly junk just to find something worth buying. I miss the days before Goodwill had an online store though because they put all the best stuff online which doesn't usually seem worth it, especially when factoring in shipping. I also wouldn't donate to Goodwill but I'll still shop here, at least until the prices raise to the point of it no longer being appealing for me.

One of the best Goodwill’s that you’ll see!
The variety of clothes and household accessories does vary day to day but you always find what you are looking for! And the staff is even better, friendly and fast customer service! Don’t forget the convenient donation drive thru!

This is the most undesirable goodwill in the area. Being an avid thrifter, I frequented this location for years and repeatedly found very little worth bringing home. The prices here are eyeroll-worthy on clothing and household items. Anything remotely valuable never makes it to the sales floor and goes straight to the goodwill version of ebay. Don't waste your time shopping here, go to locally-owned secondhand stores instead.

$7 for all tank tops. All the GR Goodwills are seriously overpriced now. You might as well shop at full priced stores. Old Navy isn’t too much more.

This is one of the best Goodwills I've been to! Clean and organized, friendly staff, and fair prices. I found some really awesome stuff! $35 for a pair of nearly brand new red heels, 2 adorable skirts, a super cute dress, a pair of shorts, and a vintage crinkle top? You really can't beat that anywhere else! I'm so happy I took a little drive out to Rockford!

Good place to find some unique things and some pretty decent clothing. You never know what you will find here at Rockford Goodwill.

Goodwill your so greeting for being a nonprofit. How does inflation affects the prices at good will? If everything’s donated do y’all know the CEO is a millionaire but for some reason increase prices in every clothes item by 30%, I hope the government comes after you for somthing! If the price keep increasing here mys we’ll shop at the mall and buy new only a $5 difference

I'm not complaining about the workers at goodwill!! They are all nice in every good will that I've traveled to. I have bought at goodwill and donated to this organization for many years!! I find it hard to believe that the prices are almost equal to a chain store... this stuff is donated. Why are the prices so high ?? Seriously Goodwill you can do better then that!! Stop increasing prices on donated items!!! I stepped away from your organization for a couple years... went back to do some treasure shopping. Couldn't believe the hike $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
