“This post office is tucked away off the busy street so it’s easy to drive right by without knowing it’s there. It’s run out of a trailer, but they have all the services of a regular post office (except passports) without the wait and long lines. Very friendly and helpful.”

“My wife and I needed to get our passports for an upcoming trip. I was unaware they can take 7 weeks or so to get. This was our first time to this location. The gentleman who helped us at this location was very polite and helpful. Most times I have used a post office, the employees were either rude or made me feel rushed; he did neither of these, it was actually a pleasant experience! He gave us options to expedite our passports, and made sure everything was in order. After only a few weeks, our passports have arrived! Thank you for your help, we will always use this location from now on!”

“Forest Hills foods carries all part of the specialty items that our family enjoys. They also carry your groceries out to your car for you. Everyone working here tends to be extremely friendly. This is a small store but that also makes it easier to run in and just grab what you need and get out.”

I don't think anybody, under most circumstances, enjoys going to the post office but I have GOT to say Allie Jo takes going above and beyond to another level! This woman was so sweet, so upbeat, so friendly. Not just with me but with every single customer that was in line. She turned what is typically a dreaded experience into something to look forward to. I will drive out of my way to utilize the Lake Drive USPS simply because I know I am in the BEST hands with Allie Jo. Please, give that woman some recognition! “A little out of my reach personally as the bus doesnt go there, but the service and the peace going in the check my box; everyone has always been very helpful and able to problem solve quickly what is what. Even when I have 20 questions, remembering that even if I get frustrated, that I can ask for on paper information, if that is what I need. I am multisensory impaired, so for me... this is a great office, calm, nice layout, and knowledgeable staff.”

“Great customer service does exist. I live in Texas, in a tiny town on the Gulf of Mexico. I purchased contacts from an online company. Unfortunately, the company wrongfully sent my package to an address in Grand Rapids Michigan (no I did not get the house address only the message of "your package was delivered in your mailbox in Grand Rapids Michigan" ?I called my local post office, and they called this location. Today, Edwin returned my call (on a Saturday!) Although, I still do not have said package. I just wanted to give thanks to Edwin- for giving me a friendly call about the issue of my misplaced package. Hopefully, the contacts will find their way back to me. Still hoping ?Again, thank you Edwin. ?”
“Went recently to get some money orders and there was a few people in line ahead of me. It’s the holidays so that’s not unusual. It took about five minutes for my turn at the counter and the clerk was helpful and kind throughout the process. I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews, it was first time at this location and I think it was great service. Y’all need to chill.”
