If I could give negative stars I would. Unfortunately all credit unions and banks are the same.

Everyone within this organization has always been customer first. I used to live in Portage and used several branches, but moved to Ada last April and the Plainwell branch is the closest. The people in this branch stand above all others. I wish advia had a closer branch, but until then I'm happy to make the trip.

Great since day one. Get a warm greeting every time I walk in the door. Usually work with Erin whenever I have an issue or need extra help she is the best. She is very knowledgeable and helpful whenever I need it. Even when I call if I leave a message she gets back to me right away. Thank you Erin for the work you do!

I only gave you 3 stars because that’s what you’re rated, But I think you have an employee by the name of Erin Bills and she is the very best. If she is there, I did business with her at Old National Bank and wanted someone to know, that she is an asset to Advia. Miss you Erin if you’re there.

Mortgage loan officer called me wanting my business by applying for a loan with the Plainwell Advia. I repeatedly stated I was not interested and finally asked he remove my number - do not call me. The loan officer was extremely unprofessional by continuing to ask ‘why’ questions after I kept stating I was not interested. I don’t understand what the loan officer got out of this experience. Do better.

They are too cheap to fix the ATM.. It's been broken for a week. Great way to make sure customers are taken care of after business hours ?

I had money in my savings account but Advia charged me two times to transfer money from my Smart Line account. So I called them and asked them to transfer money only if I didn't have any in savings. I was told I needed a new user name and password because my husband is primary on the account. He's never used the online banking app and doesn't handle the finances/banking. It took me awhile to get used to the system but I finally did. Meanwhile I was calling customer service/phone tellers for assistance and they got upset with me and wouldn't help me. They either hung up on me, would not answer my calls or told me I had to go to the credit union branch for help. I use the online system/App to stay on top of what's in my banking because my husband is not good about giving me his debit slip charges. The tellers are nice until there's a problem and then they stop helping you. They will hang up on you, tell you "you'll have to go to a branch for help, or not answer your calls. I basically was harassed and bullied by Advia and had so many lock out attempts I was checking the usernames and passwords I was entering meticulously. I was still being locked out. I was told to check with my cell phone provider which I did. I also checked with Apple who said the problem was with the credit union. So since I didn't have access to my account I became over drawn and have been stressed out since November 24th/17 days...or 3 weeks. I am now afraid of being bullied again by Advia but all this is not right. I have been a member for 47 years.

This place gave me the most unprofessional banking I have ever seen. Open an account two and a half months ago I was paying for paper statements. I never got one statement. I went down to the credit union last month and complained that I am paying for a statement and not getting one. Waited one more month to see if they fixed the problem and nope, same thing. No paper statement that I payed for. Called them and choleen told me they had me on emails, and then I told her I am paying for the statement monthly. She hung up on me. I never received any emails either. Closed my accounts for this reason and they charged me an additional five dollars. They called it Misc. Fee or Fine on the receipt. So they stole another five bucks. So Advia credit union stole a total of ten dollars from me and I received nothing for that ten dollars. Don't open an account with these unprofessional idiot's. If I could give no stars I would have.

I've been with them for 14 years and never had an issue, but the second I needed help on a loan they can't help, just sorry there unable to help me and we want our money, thanks for being a greedy credit union, only needed to skip 1 payment they are supposed to be family oriented but now taking food off my table.
