Have been coming here now for a few years, the service is always outstanding dealing with William today was phenomenal. Very patient. He spent over an hour and a half on the phone with customer service to get me the best possible care he could. I strongly suggest going to this outlet store. I have been to this store a couple of times recently and William has helped me each time I have been in. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. This was the easiest experience I’ve had getting a new phone, and I attribute most of that to him.
